These can be used for:

• Livebearers to give birth.
• Separating fish from their parents or other in habitants.
• Breeding shrimp.
• Housing feeder shrimp.
• A refuge for resting mother fish after giving birth.

These air-driven breeding boxes can be placed inside the main aquarium or placed in a separate tank.

With the use of an air pump, fresh, oxygen-rich water is drawn up through the centre of the box and dispersed into the unit, flowing through the stainless steel screen in the base of the breeding box to provide smooth circulation.

Manufactured using high-quality acrylic, they have a clear and elegant exterior, and look largely unobtrusive when placed inside the aquarium.

The breeding boxes are supplied with a suction cup hanging system, complete with 4 suction cups, to ensure that the breeding box remains very firmly in position (but can be easily removed too).
