Sera Floredepot contains the correct nutrients to help get the plants established during their first 4-6 weeks in the aquarium. The development of strong roots is supported by the special structure of the substrate.

Sera Floredepot consists of a balanced blend of peat, active pellets, and sand particularly rich in minerals which slowly releases important nutrients, and vital trace elements.

The initial growth phase is made considerably easier and healthy root growth is encouraged.

The porous active pellets are ideally suited as a settling area for purification bacteria, the filter performance of the substrate is therefore considerably increased.

Due to the special structure of Sera Floredepot, the substrate does not compact, and stagnant zones are avoided.

The tank thus remains more stable and cleaner, and the substrate needs to be replaced considerably less frequently.

Usage:

• This 4.7kg pack is sufficient for a 2cm layer across the base of a 60 x 30cm aquarium. It is then recommended that you ‘top-dress’ this with a layer of at least 4cm of suitable gravel or sand of your choice.
• For best results, use in conjunction with Sera Florena liquid plant food, a CO2 supply and good plant recommended light of around 6500k.
