Pearlscales are a beautiful and popular fancy Goldfish. Developed from the Fantail Goldfish, Pearlscales have an egg-shaped body, covered in 'pearl-like' scales and a wide, 'split' or double tail. Their body size can grow to around 20cm (excluding the tails) in length although this does depend on aquarium size, feeding and general husbandry.
